Baby #2 is here!

Okay so Lincoln has arrived! he was born dec 7th at 8:00 6 lbs 7 oz. He is such a precious little thing. I feel sooooo unbelievably blessed in my life. I can't help but feel like the Lord has directed and blessed my life so much since marrying my most amazing husband. Sometimes i feel like i don't really deserve to have such a blessed life. I'm so grateful to my Heavenly Father and the obvious love he has for me. life just keeps getting better and better. I had no idea what a void i had in my life until i Married Barry. He filled me so much... Then along came my little Keira. I didn't think life could get better than what it was, and now Lincoln!!! wow. My heart is so full with love for life and my family. I'm not going to say that everyday is just a bliss though.. having 2 babies with 2 very different needs. Both of which are still in diapers is HARD!!! man.. even with the full help of my husband with him being on Christmas break i still feel so overwhelmed at times. I change diapers all day! ha and if im not doing that I'm stuck on the couch nursing. AND if im not doing that I'm constantly picking up after keira! oh man im tired. But i LOVE my babies. This is more than worth it. okay im done writing about my feelings. Here are picture updates!

its time...

so its about 10:00pm and its all starting to sink in. Baby Lincoln will be here tomorrow morning.. today was Keiras last day of being the only child. Im nervous, excited, scared, i have no idea how i feel. I just know I cant believe how fast time has been going. I feel like its always against you and NEVER for you. All i have been trying to do is slow down time with keira and this pregnancy to soak it all in.. i feel like I'm skidding my heels against time but there's just no slowing it down or pausing it. Especially when life is at its best. I feel like I'm trying to take every moment in, but Its all going by to fast. Well I'm excited to meet my little boy tomorrow... :)

Keiras sleepover w/ cousins

My sister just had her baby!! so we got to take Michael and Juliana for a few days! We had a great time.. especially Keira! She LOVES them so much.

Just after bath time watching a movie.

Harry Potter Marathon

So before we had keira we would always have movie marathons! We would pull our mattress out from our room and just lay there and watch movies! sometimes this would be a all day event to where we didnt even leave the apartment. I know not healthy. haha but we love having our movie marathons.. we could stay up till 4 in the morning watching heros, lost, and prison break. But that all changed once Keira arrived. quite dramatically too! Anyways... long story short we decided to have another movie Marathon. Even though we have had to spread it out to one movie a night. We started all the Harry potter Movies. For two reasons that is! first reason Halloween was just a week away and second we plan on going to the opening night for my birthday!!!

Some of our favorites.. apple cider, homemade popcorn, take 5s, and redvines!!

yes we did pull our bed in the middle of the living room!

pictures...

Love this photo of Keira. <3

She doesn't make it easy to take photos of her!

Me and Keira

toddler bed

We got Keira a toddler bed. Now that her crib will be taken over my her little brother in about 5 weeks. She loves having the freedom to get out of bed and play with her toys. The first while I would wake up at least 3 times during the night with her knocking on her door with a bunch of toys under her arms. As soon as i would open the door she would take off running down the hall to the living room with as many toys under her arm she could fit. At first i thought it was so cute i would let her play with her toys for a couple minutes. But then this routine of playing with toys at 3:00 am just wasn't working for me. So now she has to be tucked back in without playing with her toys. I only have 5 weeks to break her from this... yikes! haha wish us luck.

I put her in her bed for a nap. I could hear her playing with her toys shortly after. When i went to check on her i found her half way up on her bed. She must have been to tired to make it all the way... made me giggle.

Her cute little legs dangling from the bed.. :)

Football Sunday

What a great day it was! We had regional stake conference today. I really enjoyed the talks by Packer and Holland. We met up with Joe and Karoline and watched it live at the Marriot Center.. man was it PACKED!! Even the halls were crazy with people sitting all over the floor, because there wasn't a single seat left. Lucky for us Joe and Karoline got there early and saved us a seat. Me and Barry are really good at being late for everything. After that got over we all came over to our place and had a pot luck. We watched football and ate all day.. No joke we all felt soooo sick by the time it was all over. But you really cant blame us because the food was amazing. Karoline made this delicious buffalo dip (I could not stop eating). We had Pad Thai, chips with different dips. We even made our famous nutty muddy buddies (as Joe would call them.) AND i made that pumpkin roll I've been talking about! it was ohhhhh so good!
